Questions about the resort
The use of swimwear does not fit in a naturalistic accommodation and is therefore not allowed anywhere.
On cool days it is of course no problem if you put on a t-shirt or blouse.
Is it also meant to be completely naked when eating or sitting at the bar?
For hygiene reasons, you should at least use a towel or sarong wherever you sit, including at breakfast, on the terrace or at the bar.
If you find it more comfortable to wear outerwear for breakfast and on the terrace, that is of course no problem. Even if it's cloudy during the winter months and feels a bit chilly, it makes sense to dress a bit more. Our starting point is that you feel comfortable everywhere, including while eating. Swimwear is not allowed.
Yes. We can always store your luggage in our luggage room for free.
Toilet and shower facilities in case of late departure.
Although they are still so sweet, pets are not allowed in the resort.
Please note that each room is accessible via a few steps or stairs to the higher rooms.
As a result, our accommodation may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems or who have difficulty walking.
Questions about the rooms
Hygiene is very important to us, so the interior caretaker comes by four times a week to clean the room. Towels are changed daily and you get clean bed linen twice a week.
The Spanish law prohibits smoking in the rooms .
On your own terrace and in the designated places especially for smokers. Please respect your fellow guests at the resort who do not smoke.
If there is smoking in the room, a service charge of € 185.00 will be charged for extra cleaning work.
Via the satalite we have a range of international television channels that you can receive.
This includes English spoken channels.
All rooms have a high-quality double bed. There is no option for single beds.
Questions about booking
For naturists with special (diet) wishes or allergies: even then you can fully enjoy your naturist holiday with us. You can read detailed information about this on our food and drink page.
You have the choice to make a reservation with payment by credit card or a bank transfer of your choice.
No, our info & helpdesk is open until 19:00 h.
You can check in and out 24 hours at any time of the day.
Arrival at the airport after 19:00 h:
Between 7 pm and 8 am, check-in is only possible in combination with a transfer.
Our driver will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to the hotel. He will also take care of handing over the key to the accommodation.
At the pool bar and on our outdoor terrace you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, fruit juices, soft drinks, house wines or a cold beer from the tap from 09:30 to 17:00. We also serve spirits, but this is not included in the drinks package.
Our guests can use the internet for free. You have free Wi-Fi connection via fiber optic.
Pool / beach available at the hotel for a small fee.
Questions about transport
Petit Natura has its own transfer service and will pick you up and take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. More information about this service can be found here.
Guaranteed check-in time is 14:00 h. If you arrive earlier, we can not guarantee that your room is ready for a check-in.
Of course you can already use all our facilities when you arrive early.
Please leave your room before 11:00 h on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible subject to availability and on request ( extra costs ) until 14:30 h at the latest.
