PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS !. A BOOKING ASSUMES THAT YOU AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS!

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

To book, we need a valid credit card number with a valid expiry date. At the time of booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total costs.

The balance will be charged six weeks before arrival. If the day of arrival is less than 6 weeks, the full amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

More than 44 days before arrival: charge the first two nights

Between 43 and 31 days before arrival deposit paid on booking.

Between 30 and 22 days before arrival 50%.

Between 21 and 16 days before arrival 75%.

Between 15 and 0 days before arrival: 100% and in case of "No Show": 100%.

Non Refundable reservations:

When you are done booking, 100% of the total reservation will be charged. If the credit card is declined, you will be notified to contact the hotel / resort with a valid credit card. If no response is received, the reservation will automatically be canceled after 25 hours.

Specific sales and cancellation conditions: Cancellation is no longer possible for this offer. 100% deposit is required by the credit card provided by you. Cancellation or modification fee is equal to the 100.00% reservation value.

No exception to the cancellation conditions is possible. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance which also insures against natural disasters, strikes of transport etc.

Conditions: Corona Voucher

- With the code you can make 1 reservation.

- You have to choose the same room type.

- If the new reservation is more expensive than the value of the voucher, you will pay the price difference.

- If the reservation of your new holiday becomes cheaper, we will not refund the difference.

- It cannot be cancelled or changed.

- Combination of cancellation confirmation for your insurance and a Voucher is of course not possible !

- If you have requested or received a cancellation confirmation, the right to this Voucher expires.

Nota: En el caso de que la empresa comunique la cancelación de la reserva por motivos de fuerza mayor, entendiendo por tales aquellas circunstancias ajenas a quien las invoca, anormales o imprevisibles, cuyas consecuencias no habrían podido evitarse a pesar de haber actuado con la diligencia debida, quedara anulada la reserva sin derecho a reclamación o compensación por parte del cliente. Dicho supuesto se deberá comunicar, si ello resulta posible, por el conducto utilizado para la confirmación de la reservation.

Check-in-time after 19 hrs:

The reception is not open 24 hours: Outside the reception hours, between 19.00 and 08.30 hours.

Therefore it´s obligatory to use our transfer service if you arrive after 19 hrs.

The driver will hand you the key.
